Electric noise on my iem

I just installed windows 11 on my laptop and my IEM has electric kinda like coil whine noise, when im still on windows 10 updating the driver is enough to fix the issue, but now after updating the driving nothing change

The laptop im using is legion 5 2021 (15ach6h), the iem im using is kz zsn pro x.

When there's a 'electric' kinda sound, it mostly caused by the hardware of the product

Either the IEM or the jack port (DAC) on the laptop is the cause of the issue

 

Have you tried to use other IEM on your laptop?

I only have 1 pair right now, and i dont have other wired audio device maybe i can borrow my friends iem. 
I havent tried my iem on other device but i'll try it later, after i found a device with 3.5mm

You could get the $9 Apple USB-C to 3.5mm headphone amp/DAC as a quick fix (and very good quality!). If there's still noise then there's something wrong with your buds.
