Cannot fix Error:633.

Go to solution Solved by ttam,

Normally an error like that you would want to either reinstall the modem drivers or go through and reconfigure the com ports.

Edit: Found a post regarding it for Windows 8 - http://www.hintdigit.com/fix-error-633-dial-connection-problem-windows-8-windows-7/

Dial-up. Being a young person, I cant help you because I was a kid in the Dial up age and dont even know how to set one up. LOL

Probably have to reset your modem, maybe even flash the bios with a newer version for compatibility with windows 8. The easiest fix is change your setting so your computer never sleeps.
