AnyDesk error: desk_rt_quit error while trying to remotely connect to desktop

have the app on both the devices and it should work l've added unattended acces to the remote pc but every time the app is closed on the remote pc I can't acces it and there is this error desk_rt_quit idk what it means any suggestions
any suggestions

You have to keep the application running. It needs the client on both ends to connect. Killing the app kills the tether

K but I have unattended acces on both set up it worked most of the time

The settings you have within the application don't matter if the service isn't running in the first place
