My PC keeps turning off while starting games like R6. motherboards LEDS indicate red near the CPU. (help)

I had my PC for a year and recently it decides to turn off while running certain games, the motherboards LEDS indicate red near the CPU and orange near the dram, on other games like hades the pc can run fine. I don't believe its cooling issues since i live in a cold area and i good cooling fans. I would appreciate the help. Thanks

build: I5 11600KF. RTX 3060, corsair 2X8GB ram, Prime Z590 A, corsair PSU 750W

Run prime95 blend and see if it auto shuts off

 

After that also run furmark

 

This is just to test whats causing the random shutdowns

Run both and had no problems. I'm starting to believe it just something specific to R6, when i navigate through the menus some stuff don't load up and games crashes.
ill try to uninstall and reinstall and see if the problem is solved.

Didn't help my pc keeps freezing on me any other suggestions? happens only in r6
