Hello guys i would love if you guys would give me some suggestion about a potential GPU Upgrade and other PC upgrades

I'm currently leaning towards a 4060 or 4060ti and mostly want a brand new card
but been seeing bad reviews especially to the 4060

Budget is quite tight but I'm planning in upgrading by stages

This is my current build
CPU- Ryzen 5 3600x
Motherboard- MSI B450 Gaming Plus
RAM- 16GB 8gbx2 G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600mhz
HDD- Samsung 970 EVO 500gb NVME,
Seagate Barracuda 500gb SATA,
1TB WD Blue SATA,
1TB WD Black SATA
Case- Coolermaster NR600
Case fan-2 front intake, 1 rear exhaust ,2 top exhaust

CPU Fan - Cryorig H7 Plus
Power supply- Corsair RM850e Fully-Modular

GPU - ASUS Strix GTX 1060 6GB

This is mainly for 1080p 144hz Gaming

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you

get a new cpu first, a ryzen 5 5000 series should be perfect and don't buy the 4060, aspecialy if your on a budget, there are much better cards for the same price

Budget?

Country?

A 4060 and 4060ti are TERRIBLE value cards and plenty BETTER options for the price and less

^^^

For the price of a new 4060 you can get yourself a used 3080 or a 6800(xt) depending on luck

For the 4060ti youd be looking at a used 3080ti or a 6900xt/6950xt

Its just a stupid idea to buy the 4060(ti) cards when used obliterates them, heck if you need the vram theres used 3060s for <200$ and theyre barely any slower than the 4060 which is kinda stupid when the price diff is 100$ and the 4060 is vramless compared to the 3060 12gb

The country would be the Philippines so there is a concern regarding 2nd hand cards..
I mostly would like to have a brand new card compared to a 2nd hand card because of the current state of the marketplace

There seems to be some available 30 series brand new, but its supply is dwindling..

Something like this will serve you better. There's no need to upgrade your CPU. You won't be bottlenecking this.

i5 2400 | ASUS RTX 4090 TUF OC | Seasonic 1200W Prime Gold | WD Green 120gb | WD Blue 1tb | some ram | a random case
