My asus strix rog laptop cpu speed frequency is stuck at 788Mhz

Hii I'm using asus rog strix g512li.. My CPU frequency is stuck at 788Mhz, I have no overheating issues with my laptop and apart from that I have actually cleaned it again but sadly I am not seeing any change. My laptop is mostly on turbo mode but the CPU frequency is just 788Mhz doesn't matter what I do like Games Or any software..it doesn't increase a bit until I restart it 2-3 times for few seconds. Is there any solution for this

@Eilight

ThrottleStop shows VR Current in red. That is the reason for throttling. One of the voltage regulators is likely defective. The motherboard needs to be repaired or replaced.

Yeah I think this is the main cause too, I tried cleaning and literally everything but nothing seems to work.. I will probably approach towards asus centre and will look into this problem more further, I hope you're having a great day and thanks for response

Asus centre? Will probably cost you more than it costs to replace , Have a look at someone that specialises in laptop pcb repair , A faulty voltage regulator shouldn't be that hard to find and replace.
