Display Issue White Dots/Lines at the Bottom of the Screen

Hello everyone,

 

I am experiencing an issue with my display and was hoping someone could help me. Recently, white dots and lines have started appearing at the bottom of my screen. and I’m not sure what’s causing it.

Interestingly, when I move a white window to the top of my screen, the white lines at the bottom become a single line that follows the movement of the window.

It’s as if the bottom one or two lines of pixels are copying what’s on the top of the screen.

 

Also, I have checked and the same thing happens on the BIOS screen too. and two videos on how it looks like.
