GPU Running at 100% & Freezes

Hello i have a brand new gaming PC. I don't believe i should be having these problem that i am having, but i am not expert. I have a few games and when i run them even on low graphics my GUP is at 100% and CPU is high as well. I get major freezes and lag. My internet is only plugged into my Gaming PC and not running anything else in the house. Can someone help please

 

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700K 3.40 GHz

 

Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable)

 

GPU- Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070

 

OS: Windows 11

 

Games:

GTA5 FiveM

Ranbow 6

Ghost Recon Break Point

return it. theres no need to diagnose a brand new machine , if it's broken then it's their problem not yours

How new? Return and replace - why fix a card that may be more liable to break in the future?

AMD 3600x, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL14, GTX 1080, and Ungodly Amounts of Storage

The GPU running at 100% is normal and expected, that's not inherently a problem or any reason to be concerned. The crashing, however, is. If you're not comfortable troubleshooting and its a brand new pre-built, contact the company you bought it from.
