Hi,

So few months ago a problem started to appear on my PC, at first it was like the screen suddenly turning black and again becomes normal. At first I didn’t take much of it because at that time I installed Rainmeter on my PC so I thought that might be the problem. As the problem persisted I uninstalled it and the problem didn’t go away. It gradually improved to screen becoming stuck and sort of thing and sometimes when that happens the PC will automatically restarts it self. At first I got blue screen sometimes in some it says ‘Video tdr error’, so due to that and as I still have warranty for all my PC components, I took the PC to the shop which I brought the GPU from and there the PC worked fine not even slight issue was shown there. So they advised me to change monitors, cable and stuff and even reinstalled Windows but the issue prevailed.

Then I went to the shop which I bought the other parts of the PC, they also told that there’s no issue when they checked the PC and also they told there might be a problem with GPU output. When I told that to the other store they gave me a temporary GPU to check and they kept my GPU for testing. My PC with the temp GPU it worked perfectly no issues were shown and even with hard work, the PC worked fine. But the problem is that the shop didn’t get any problem with my GPU when they tested it so they told that they can’t give warranty because they didn’t get any problem.

So while I think the problem is with the GPU is have a suspicion that there might be a issue with the RAM, because even before the problem with my GPU I couldn’t use both PS and Al at the same time like the screen with stuck and stuff but when I used the temp GPU I worked with both these apps at the same time without any problems. So my other theory is like RAM can’t handle my GPU due to a problem and when I installed the temp one it worked fine because it’s a low end GPU.

So I wanted to know your opinion about this or what you think about this
