Display port losing connection

I went to turn it on and it wouldn't post. I reseated my ram and I was able to get it to post. Now it will sometimes post. If it doesn't the vga or dram light on the mobo will turn on. When it does post it will lose display port connection but keep running. I have unplugged everything and plugged it back in and reseated both my gpu and ram. Nothing seems to be any help.
