Gpu utilization problem

Gtx 1080 TI 

32GB DDR4 2666Mhz

700w cooler master mwe lite psu

H410 motherboard

In Medieval Fynasty (game) i low cpu and gpu utilization, use max settings and vsync and frame limitter off

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Game is installed on ssd kingston (i dont know exsact model) with dram cache

Could be a CPU bottleneck, game only runs on a coupel cores and they're not that fast

Look at usage if you increase graphics settings,or lower resolution, if fps don't drop/increase it's a cpu bottleneck

is utilization the only problem or do you also have low fps/fps drops?

Yes i have 30-40fps 

Sometimes it just works great gpu at 100% cpu at 70-90%

And framerate is at 85-110 

But must of the time is this low cpu and gpu utilization and fps are 30-40

looks good to me, except a possible cpu bottleneck. 

 

either oc or buy a faster one.
