Some questions about setting up 15 argb fans in a Phantek case.

So I just ordered this phantek case so I can build a huge array in it. I'm not sure if this post belong in cooling or here but this sounded right since it's not really a cooling question. I'm trying to get the fan situation figured out and purchased before I bother buying the drives.

So first off here is my motherboard argb and case fan specs.

So I already decided on fans. The case takes up to 15 120mm. I am stretching my budget as it is so I had to go cheap. These seem like an amazing deal and have fluid dynamic bearings, so for 4 dollars each, I didn't even bother looking at anything else once I found these.

One of the issues I'm having is that the official specs don't list the amps for the leds. I'm 99% sure the .2 amps is for the fan itself. My current case came with an aRGB controller and I could never get it to work with Asrock polychrome. I've just been using the button on the case lol. So I would be happy with something that at least had a way of toggling through some presets. I don't care that much about Asrock compatibility because I don't have much faith in it working anyways lol. It would be nice if someone could give me a safe guess on amperage of the LEDs in these fans. Here is a controller that looks like the cheapest option has fan power and argb combined.

So I guess my main concern is that polychrome won't work again and I can't even use the rgb. It's amazon so I can always return it. But I'm wondering if anyone knows of an argb controller for at least 8 fans that has maybe a button right on it to cycle through the lights or a header. I think my case at least has a button to control argb. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.
