So recently my games started lagging alot, lots of drop frames and i even got a few BSoD,i mainly play fortnite,League of legends and Cyberpunk.Could this be a sign of GPU Failure? Is there any way to test if the GPU is in "good condition"?

My system is a prebuild Omen Obelisk,it's quite old,it has a rtx 2060(6 gb variant, dont know the manufacturer) and a ryzen 7 3700x.

The stock one,ram is DDR4 3200mhz from hyperx 24 gb,also i cant change the cooler,i dont have the brackets that go into the motherboard to get a aftermarket cooler,i tried 3 coolers and they dont fit.

EdIt: It's not the stock amd cooler, just checked,it's just a shitty cheap aftermarket cooler,it came like this from hp,the stock amd cooler wont fit,i need the brackets that come with the motherboard to put a different cooler, and  as i said i dont have any, because the pc is prebuilt

That's a tiny cooler in a case with minimal airflow.

The cooler looks like one of the old sandy bridge stock coolers with some random fan mountings.

I really hate these oem machines with a passion.

Best you could do is maybe a cheap 120mm aio OP and that's if it uses stock mountings which honestly who knows.

Case fans to improve airflow in the case and keep that entire area cool will help also keep the CPU cooler, though idk if it will help enough to overcome your issue, but it will help nonetheless

The cooler it should have should be a wraith prism or better. Make sure you have good thermal paste with good coverage on the cpu and properly working fans.
