Alriiighhtt.. I need some help picking out my first ever device !

Alright so lets cut to the chase, I'm a student. 17. I have an online makrteing job and I need the highest performance laptop/pc. I have always been a laptop girl but I've never tried a PC before.

These are my two picks, just under and comfortably around my budget. (they are in SAR - Saudi Riyal)

both on sale. I wanna get one of them before they vanish. But Im having a really hard time choosing between the two. I love the performance on the 1660 super (my friend has this pc) but I'm not used to PCs TT..
As for the hp victus laptop, I love that it also has 16gb ram but the 3050s performance...

Which one should I choose? I need the PC/laptop to atleast last me 3-4 years. Could anyone help?
the level of performance I need :
-image editing softwares
-software builder apps (bubble.io)
-some gaming on the side (games like yakuza / hitman)
-can run online meetings smoothly, while having like 50 google tabs
