Updating bios

Hello was updating my bios and this message popped up and I've been sat here for 5 mins waiting for it to reboot, any help?

Have you done what it says? Will only reboot if you have.

yeah i had the usb in the whole time. it didnt restart after 20 mins so i turned it off knowing everything might go wrong but after it started and restarted itself 5 times its now working perfectly fien with the updated bios
