Antec dp503 fan hub not responding to fan curve

I recently built a new system using the Antec DP 503 case. It comes with an ARGB and fan hub, along with three front 120mm fans.

While creating fan curves to suit my preferences, I noticed that the additional fans directly connected to the motherboard (PWM Arctic PST) respond well. However, the four fans connected to the hub do not follow the curve. Additionally, the three included fans consistently run between 1000 RPM to 2100 RPM, regardless of the fan curve applied. I've tried using both the BIOS fan curve and fan control software, but with no success. The hub has a 4-pin PWM header connected to the motherboard, but the hub itself has 3-pin connections.

any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, I know I'm late, but did you find a fix to this? I'm considering purchasing this case and I'd rather not have any issues..
