Server no longer booting

Hi, I’m having issues with my home server.  I am running a tyan s7012 with two Xeon X5675 processors.  After cleaning the cpus and reapplying thermal paste the server will no longer boot.

 

I have tried pulling one of the cpus, in socket 0 either cpu will give a post code of 2A, and in socket 0, the server hangs and doesn’t return a post code. I’ve checked the pins in both sockets and I can’t find any bent pins.

 

anyone have any suggestions?
