PC suddenly shuts down while gaming

My pc shut down suddenly while playing rainbow six siege. It has never happened before in 4 years I have owned this pc. But it happened 3 times today. This only occurs during gaming it seems.

My specs are-

i7-9700k

gtx1660ti

16 gb g skill tridentz 3200

aorus z390 master mobo

cooler master 650w gold psu

I have checked temps and they seem to be normal. CPU ~70 C and GPU ~67 C

Drivers seems to be up to date.

On a side note- even though temps are in their usual range I've noticed substantial dust accumulated in the case. Not sure if its relevant.

i would think your PSU has degraded so much it can't keep delivering enough power during a spike in gaming..
