Does the sound go out while content is playing, or upon booting/rebooting, or both?

Does this same issue happen with headphones plugged in? It'll help out diagnosing a lot if you can find out

If you sign out of your account, and sign back in, does that fix the issue after it occurs?

Sounds like the internal DAC is the issue, one last thing to be sure, do you have one of them little USB-C to 3.5mm dongles? They have a built in DAC, if the problem doesn't happen with headphones plugged into the external DAC then internal DAC is borked
