Have you already bought the Morpheus Case? It's a fairly big case to throw around inside a cab.
If you haven't bought it yet, i would recommend you getting a Lian Li Air Mini. Should still provide adequate flow through the system.

But, if you're "stuck" on the morpheus, then what configuration are you running -> standard, lowered or "dual chamber"? It's fairly important, as it defines the placement of the PSU.

No matter what, I would also recommend front/bottom intake and Top/rear exhaust. I would not use the side intake/exhaust, as it "disturbs" the flow. Buy some 180/200mm fans for the most places, except for the rear that is 120/140mm. Maybe some 120/140 if you REALLY need to push air into the GPU from the PSU cover.
