Planning to upgrade to a RTX 4070 but.....

Hello guys, I am planning to upgrade to a RTX 4070 to match my 1440p monitor but I am bit worried if my motherboard will support the card itself, my specs are as follows please be kind enough to add your ideas and recommendations as I am assembling  the PC myself.

Motherboard - Gigabyte B550 UD DS3H
CPU- Ryzen 7 5700X
Monitor - MSI 1440P 165hz 
RAM - Corsair 3200mhz 16gb single stick

Neither the motherboard or the PCI-E generation is a problem.

PCI-E 4.0 X16 is plenty enough for a RTX 4070. 

 

Go right ahead for the RTX 4070.

Considering pcie 4.0 x 16 is the best you can possibly do just now then it won't be a problem for anything...
