XPS 13 9310 has stopped powering on and wont charge.

No new physical damage has appeared and nothing has changed to the charger but the laptop now wont power on nor charge and I have no idea why, please help.

Connect the charger, then press and hold the power button for 25 seconds. That should reset the power management system on the motherboard.

This hasnt solved the issue, any other suggestions?
