So I've been downloading torrents for a couple years. Mostly legal stuff, don't worry. I don't pirate games or movies at all.

Recently however my download speed for whatever torrent has recently been super low. If I look at all my torrents right now, I see none of them passing ~30kB/s. I'm on a 90/9 connection and have used speedtest to check this:3510713093.png

But recently most of my torrents have all been at or below that ~30kB/s. They have a very high amount of seeders and I set my connections (max. 30, people said it'd help, it didn't make a difference). With normal downloads I reach the ''normal 9-10MB/s or 85Mb/s.

So what could realistically do? I've run Glasnost and my ISP is NOT throttling my connection in any way shape or form, so that can't be it either. I've just reset my modem, and that doesn't help.|

Could I just be in an unlucky batch of downloads a lot of the time? :/

Please help me out, it's greatly appreciated!

Your ip must be throttleling torrents, It is very common in the uk at peak times your torrent speeds will drop massivly and some isp's will throttle all day long. Try VPN as that is what people use to get round it.
Or it could be something with your PC but I can't think of any explaination other than ISP.

Maybe get some different torrents to test it is not related to that, or try using a different client or computer to annilate that.
