How do I lower my cpu temp

On my bios it said my cpu temp is 92 how do I lower it

if it says it in the bios with 0% load then your cpu heatsink is either mounted incorrectly or the fans aren't working.

i'd type something longer but you didn't really give much context

Hm yeah my cpu cooler Ryzen top fully mounted but bottom feels loose like not fully mounted
