Is my screen dead?

Go to solution Solved by YoungBlade,

That streak along the side looks like the panel itself has been fractured - I don't think it's just a scratch.

Without outright replacing the panel, I think the screen portion of your All-in-One is pretty dead.

is there any way I can fix this or is it dead?

If you can source a replacement panel, sure. That usually costs more than the monitor is worth, but for an all in one it might be able to make sense price wise (though if just using a separate monitor and disabling the built in one is an option, that's likely going to be cheaper overall).

During my 40 plus years of working with and repairing electronics of all kinds I have seen just about every sort of defunct monitor.  Hate to say it, but not only is your monitor dead, it should be buried and on to another life somewhere.  Yea, it's dead alright.
