Not to be rude but you'll probably need to do your own research to learn to build one to get yourself familiarized with what parts are needed and how to assemble them.

It's possible to build one at your price point but with no PC building experience the chances of you breaking something are rather high.

Here is an overview of the parts you'll need.

1. CPU (Central Processing Unit): The main processor that executes instructions. Popular choices include AMD Ryzen and Intel Core series.

2. Motherboard: The main circuit board that connects all components. It must be compatible with the chosen CPU.

3. RAM (Random Access Memory): Memory used by the CPU to store data for quick access. Typically, 8GB is a minimum, but 16GB or more is recommended for gaming or heavy tasks.

4. Graphics Card (GPU): Essential for gaming and graphics-intensive tasks. Integrated graphics in the CPU may be sufficient for basic use.

5. Storage:
   - SSD (Solid State Drive): Faster and more reliable than HDDs, ideal for the operating system and frequently used applications.
   - HDD (Hard Disk Drive): Optional, for additional, cheaper storage, especially for large files like videos and games.

6. Power Supply Unit (PSU): Supplies power to all components. Its wattage should meet or exceed the total power demand of your components.

7. Case: The physical enclosure for all components. Size and form factor should match the motherboard and provide adequate cooling.

8. Cooling System:
   - CPU Cooler: Either air coolers or liquid coolers to keep the CPU temperature down.
   - Case Fans: To maintain good airflow within the case.

9. Operating System (OS): Software like Windows, Linux, or macOS to run the computer.

10. Peripherals:
    - Monitor
    - Keyboard
    - Mouse

11. Network Adapter: If the motherboard doesn’t include built-in Wi-Fi.

12. Thermal Paste: For CPU cooling, often included with the CPU cooler.

13. Cable Ties/Cable Management Supplies: For organizing cables inside the case.

Remember, compatibility between components is crucial. Ensure the CPU, motherboard, and RAM are compatible, and the PSU provides enough power for all components. Also, consider future upgradeability when selecting parts.
