I want to confirm something, just to be sure that everyone is on the same page. What cooler are you referring to?

Because you mentioned be quiet! Pure Rock LP. Are you perhaps talking about be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 or another be quiet cooler?

Because don't be confused, at the spec sheets, it may say that the 11900f  is 65w tdp. But it  could actually reach more than 200w. I don't even know if the most popular hyperx 212 can cool it and other air cooler with similar specs. But if you are talking about the dark rock pro 4. Then yes, it will work. But if You are referring to the LP(Low Profile), then no.

What coolers in your area are within your budget? Any brand.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂

I don’t Think i understand

1. What is your budget? (How much do you have to spend on a cooler)

2. What coolers are sold at retailers you can buy from which cost as much as your budget or less than that?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

If you search the websites/shops available to you, which air and water coolers are available that you can afford to purchase?
