So when I start my pc for the first time and it post will it enter the bios or do I have to hit a button?

Depends on ur motherboard type? What manafacturer is it from?

The motherboard is from msi

You have to hit a key, usually the Delete key. I typically spam it as it's starting up to ensure I don't miss the window.
