Thermaltake TH360 V2 Ultra LCD Issue

I'm encountering a problem with my Thermaltake TH360 V2 Ultra AIO liquid cooler's LCD screen. the Thermaltake RGB app consistently reports "Controller not connected," preventing me from customizing the display. I've made sure everything is in properly, I updated the software and attempted various troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. There is a USB cable that connects to the cpu coolers lcd there was 2 usbs to connected but only 1 cable could be connected to the CPU coolers lcd and I'm not sure what to do with the other USB side and ive connected the USB to the motherboard,

Photos please.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂

Not very clear what is connected to what. The Lian Li fans are connected to the Lian Li controller that came inside the sl120 infinity x3 box and that's also where the AIO cooler fans are connected and the pump USB is connected to a USB port on the motherboard 20231205_192914.jpg?ex=658166c7&is=656ef1c7&hm=44e121844acb19da3afe599ad23f14707a61aea86086b75fcb9db869571a4166&20231205_192917.jpg?ex=658166d6&is=656ef1d6&hm=61f0cbee23726a3f87d66a5cae459823aa3edad60f816b6dfefdbaee5f803e8a&20231205_192922.jpg?ex=658166d6&is=656ef1d6&hm=e8e5de99bef48d6e5a8dbdbfa43199cbf57cb425365b6e20ce6310ceab96f1fe&20231205_192929.jpg?ex=658166d6&is=656ef1d6&hm=3f73ee10bee0b3b663b408dad383621ae1d7cf15cedc142430734a5c6d2ece43&

Wow, you're right it's not easy to see. Even if the first 2 pictures were correctly lit, I doubt it would help. It's like there's a kraken hiding in your case. 😆  No worries, my cabling currently probably looks worse, and the mess is in the front!

You have the TT RGB Plus 2.0. Software, right?

Which OS are you using?

Assuming that your screen is correctly wired, I suspect there's a defect. Contact the vendor if it's still covered by their return policy, or TT otherwise.
