The GPS 750 is a design from 2013, so I can't see much data on it. I don't see any data for original engineering date for 1000W.

Delta has been trying to burn excessive inventory. Due to the shortages in 2020-2022, they over-bought in early 2023 and have been working to fix their supply chain. They have a lot of new designs in the pipeline but are still trying to get through it. Earlier speculation is likely correct, these may have been destined for an OEM but Delta is just listing these PSUs for sales for a discounted price.

Delta does good designs and typically uses good components. Buying them direct probably won't have the same warranty as buying a branded PSU (like Asus, Antec, etc). The only downside is this design is older.

Probably but they need to send their units out for review.
