Can't control fan speed on my GPU

Also consider undervolting. It's great and easy enough.

While gaming Elden Ring, on my 3060 I went from 77° to 69° with lower fan speed at the same performance or better.

I'll consider giving it a try. This brings some bad memory with my Vega 56 which required being undervolted, and it's actually part of the reason why I went Nvidia. But all in all, the fact that I need to do it now and not when I first received the card means that there's something wrong with it. It could be just the thermal paste that needs to be replaced or something more complex. I really don't like to go through all this fiddling, and that's why I love my MacBook Air so much. I think I'm more likely to sell it on eBay and buy a new card.
