Can I use split cable for 2 different components?

So I'm trying to find out if I can mix the split cables to power 2 different things in my pc since my psu only has 2 pcie connections available. One of the cables is used for my graphics card (radeon 6700xt) and another is being used for the cpu cooler I have which is the icue link h100i rgb. The problem is that my graphics card needs two 8 pins, my psu came with split cables but I'm scared to pigtail the cable already connected to my gpu (unless its actually ok to do so but im not sure) so I'm wondering if I can use the split cable connected with my cpu cooler to also connect to my gpu.

Here are all my parts involved with the problem:

GPU: PowerColor Hellhound AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT Gaming Graphics Card with 12GB GDDR6 Memory

Cpu cooler: CORSAIR iCUE Link H100i RGB Liquid CPU Cooler - 240mm AIO

PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3 650W 80+ Gold

If any more info is needed lmk
