Ok So I just received my NZXT H440 chassis and absolutely love it, there's only one problem. There's an amazing fan splitter on the back of the motherboard, and while that's awsome, it looks like it only accepts 3 pin fans. (Please correct me if I'm wrong). So please tell me if I'm right, and how I would fix this: how do I get my Corsair High Performance Static Pressure 120mm fans (4 pin) to connect to the fan hub. Do I need converter cables or something?

P.S. Don't know of this helps but I'm also buying the Corsair 850W PSU.

Thanks guys any help would be much appreciated!

You can plug the 4 pin fans into the 3 pin headers. The fourth pin is only for PWM, but it will work fine with only 3 pins. Backwards compatible :) PWM fans can also be controlled by voltage regulation.
