Office Chairs

Any suggestions for a high back under $200.  Also what brands?  I was looking at Flash Furniture on amazon.  Also what do you guys sit in Daily?   If its Flash let me know your experience.

These are ones I though were cool and they half arse review well.

I know most people tend to grab whatever is on sale and thats cool but I'm wondering whats decent.

I was reading about someones DXRacer chair here (really cool but that price) on the forums and it made me realize I've been putting off replacing my broken but reliable 10 year old chair.   (Broke a year ago. recline doesn't lock)

Really need to replace this thing and send it off on a viking funeral. :D lol

I doubt they do it but a video on chairs worth your money by LTT would be cool since as far as I know no one has done it and many overlook what they sit in very often.  (I used to use a House/Dinner Chair back before I got the one I'm trying to replace.  Put a hole in it in 6 months :P lol)

Anyway, Any Suggestions or Discussion would be appreciated. Thanks.

I suggest going to a store like Staples and trying a bunch out. They usually have them on sale for half off every few weeks.

I bought a decent $250 chair a while ago, and discovered the world of adjustments and I can't go back. A lot of chairs lack a good deal of them, and they really make the chair a lot better.

The DXRacer chairs are odd. I honestly don't see their appeal. They're not overly adjustable and are basically a cheap racing seat attached to a frame.

I don't really use the back of my chair often except when not gaming.  I have more of a forward lean but with straight/correct posture.  So adjustments are not really a must thing for me.

That's not good for your spine.

my current chair is a mid back, its normal posture.   similar to how most don't use their headrest in a car seat when driving, so only mid to seat is actually used.

I know it's tempting to buy off Amazon, but especially with chairs I would recommend actually sitting in something before you buy. You're not going to get a great ergonomic chair for $200. Maybe one of those yoga ball chairs?

I'm using a Herman Miller Aeron chair, and it's pretty nice. I would try to find one, but kinda doubt you'll be able to for under $200 considering it was pretty much $1000 for it. Not really sure what there is for chairs within your budget.
