Ok, just installed the kraken g10 and kraken x60 into my 8.1 64 bit system; the kraken control software worked fine day one, but now, the next day, I got this error after a reboot: could not connect to device.  I've uninstalled, reinstalled and nothing.  I've even checked to make sure the usb connection is ok, and it is as it lights up when plugged in and the fans all have power.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
