Their gpus are not selling becau of driver issues thats why.

I haven't had driver issues with my Intel Arc A380, unless you have experience in this matter.

Not surprised, but unless you want a duopoly on the dGPU market, accepting some bugs, delays in support, and other issues is the reality. Ideally Intel gets enough horses behind their dGPU market to start using their own fabrication, and we won't be stuck with TSMC making literally everything.

I'd have to question if there is a way to compare the "bugginess" between red, green and blue.

If you look at recent driver release notes, you will see similar number of lines of fixed and known issues. Not sure these are latest as I got lazy and just searched for recent ones.

Examples:

Intel Arc: 1 fixed, 4 known

https://www.guru3d.com/download/intel-arc-graphics-driver-download-version-30-101-1325/

Nvidia: 4 games fixed, 6 general fixes, 1 known

https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-geforce-graphics-drivers/

AMD: 7 fixed, 4 known

https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-23-10-2

Numbers may vary from patch to patch so I wouldn't say one is much better or worse than another based on above snapshot. They all have things to work on.

The Intel github list might look long, but they'll need to whittle down the list to find out what is real and needs fixing or not. I haven't found same for nvidia, but nearest is a community help section on their forums which also has a long list of posts. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/support/

So that's not to say there aren't problems with Arc, but it is hard to keep it in perspective. I've also owned an A380 since close to launch and I have not had problems with crashes or games not starting outside of Portal RTX, which was broken on AMD too.

Arc is going into Meteor Lake and future CPUs. It isn't going away and can only get better as more of them get out there.
