Hi, I recently got my hands on a Beelink SER7 mini PC, which comes with an AMD Zen 4 CPU and Ryzen 7 7840HS (Radeon 780M?). I am using Ubuntu Server (Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS) and am trying to make use of the graphics card similar to a GPU for running machine learning models. I've dug through some other forums and haven't been able to make it work thus far, using various driver versions and PyTorch for ROCm etc. Would appreciate any insight or support on this.

Quick google search lead me to believe that ZEN4 APU graphics are not yet supported by linux kernel.

This may be kind of related. I recently started trying Linux distros to see if I could find something that could work with Blender 4 rocm-hip, but haven't had any success. I guess it's not enabled because it crashes.

I was able to install on Fedora 39 Workstation, but in Blender 4 it freezes up. I gave up trying now, but maybe it works on the previous Fedora with a older version of Blender. This was the only instructions I could find that enabled HIP in Blender 4. I'm a total Linux noob so this took me a few weeks of experimenting.

I believe APUs are not supported by ROCm as of now.
