I need help picking parts for my first desktop pc

Budget (including currency): 700 to 750 euro 

Country: Italy

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Minecraft server hosting, retro game emulation, light video editing/recording, CAD

I don't really care about refresh rate all that much but I do have a resolution in mind (1440p)
