ok and if i would like to upgrade my motherboard what should i get and with what cpu? that would be a good fit with the 3070 without speeding too much if possible

A good fit would be to buy a 5800X3D and use it in your current motherboard.

No other way makes financial sense.

do you think that even if my ram is at 2133mhz it wont hurt the performance at all because i have 32gb corsair vengeance and the motherboard has a problem it wont save the bios i just tried replacing the cmos battery but i still wont save so i think its a motherboard issue maby?

Your sure it's the battery? Maybe your ram just won't run at 3600mhz and the bios is just resetting, try running it's at 3200 MHz by setting the frequency manually

nothing to do with the battery.

it's your cpu, older ryzens had massive issues with ram above 2933mhz..

its about the same overall,  but then you need a much better motherboard, so that wouldn't make sense

For gaming the 5800X3D is still better than the 5900X because most games do not even take advantage of so many cores. And I would not want to run the 5900X on your Mainboard, the 5800X3D would be the absolute maximum I would run with your board.

to be fair he could hard cap the wattage at 105w in the bios.... its just a silly idea to buy a 12 core cpu when you play games...

Yes , make sure you update to the latest bios before changing out your cpu or it won't be supported.
