BIOS question

Im about to upgrade from a 2600x to a 5700x. I will need to update my BIOS in order to make this happen. I have the  Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac from AsRock. I notice that there is a BIOS update 5.20 From 2022 and they have a beta one from April of this year, which one? Im looking for it to be stable. I think Im currently on BIOS version 3.40, as thats the last one before I think the board looses support for 2xxx CPU's.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
