Is this good airflow?

I have 3 thermaltake fans in the front that take air in, 1 fan (it got sent with the case) in the back that takes air out and 2 fans from the aio that take air out on the top

Yeah thats very good. Should have slight positive pressure as the radiator fans have some resistance This is how I would do it.

Positive pressure means more air into the case than out, this will stop the case drawing air from random openings in the case that does not have dust filters
