there's a lot of things that could be causing that, most common one is people forgetting to take the plastic peel off, but there are other factors. Does it get enough airflow? If you have this cooler for a while, but the problem started only now, that could mean that the pump is broken, you could also check if you mounted it on the cpu properly, and if there's enough thermal paste, other than that idk rlly

Maybe I could get some fans to refrigerate better inside the PC, it happens since I bought I guess, I dont really know, maybe I could change my thermal paste, this watercooler that I bought came with a thermal pasted already applied to him, I just removed the plastic and installed, I guess it installed right because it happens not all the time but a few times, I guessed too that could be a windows malfunction or smth, one thing that I'll do, is add some fans to provide a better airflow inside...

I'm having trouble with my CPU I guess, because it keeps getting up to 80 and sometimes almost 90 using regular programs, without any games or anything that could compromise him, I have a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and I use a watercooler

This tells me, the mount is 100% not correct, unless you bought a cheap AIO or, you're using like a 120mm AIO. That said, is this a new issue, or since day one?

Also, it could mean that there is some gunk in the AIO, I saw a video on YouTube where there was happening, and he just had some gunk in the cooler. If I find the video then I will link it. Hope this helps.

Most AIOs are not at all user serviceable though, and so this is very rare. It was a thing with the Enermax LiqTech II and some other one, but we don't know what they have yet, they didn't provide enough details.

I cant tell if it is since day one or recent after changing SSD, I dont remember, its a 240mm from DeepCool... I can try buying a new thermal paste(if you guys can recommend any) and reinstall, the problem might be too(I dont think so) because I'm using this processor with a B350 could be it ?

Ah there's other thing that happens too, I dont know if its related, some random stutterings while using the PC, normally playing a game or playing a video(if watch video they stutter, if playing games they stutter, and even my rgb mouse stutter the same way when it happens, its like 5 flick stutter like a huge fps drop)
