My laptop won’t charge

I received a Lenovo ideapad touch and it came almost fully charged and completely functional i even installed pop is and then instead installed windows. It did not come with a charger so I bought a Lenovo charger for my specific laptop. By the time I got the charger in the mail it had died originally it blinked to tell me it was dead now it’s too dead to even do that. When I plug in the charger it doesn’t work I tried replacing the charging port and still nothing any ideas?

What is the model of the Lenovo? If it has USB c charging I would just find a random USB C cable and let it charge for several hours and see if it turns on. This would indicate that your charger is faulty rather than the machine.
