WAN Show fragment

This is mine first post on this form, I hope its the right subforum

 

I’m looking for a WAN show fragment where Linus is explaining his and Yvonne philosophy on rewarding their children. I thought it was very well formulated. I want to share it with someone but I’m not able to find it. I searched all the WAN shows form this year using video tags but no luck. 
 

It would be great if someone can help me out

Thank you for taking your time. Sadly it’s not the one.

In the fragment I’m looking for, Linus talks about having balans in rewarding his children. So it’s not like (for example) they do some chores and get money or something in return, but also (not) never rewarding them.

 

Linus rewards them but it’s “random” and not connected to specific chore or activity they have to do.

I recall the ep and it's from the past 6 months. He's basically using the same psychology that gets people addicted to gambling. Random rewards are super effective. I do not recall the specific show, but you could probably comb through all the chapter titles and see if one is related

I can not remember what triggered the conversation I’m looking for but I just checked all of the timestaps of WAN shows from previous 7, 6 and 5 months. I looked for words like gambling, addiction, lootbox stuf like that. But unfortunately I’m not able to find the fragment I’m looking for
