Random Black Screen then Random Fix??

Here is my PC Specs.
OS - Windows 10
Motherboard – MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus
CPU – AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
Ram – 32gb DDR4 Corsair 3600MHz Vengeance RGB Pro
Graphics Card – GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 3070 Ti MASTER 8GB
PSU – Cooler Master G750M
Keyboard - Corsair Raptor K40
Mouse - Corsair M65 RGB Elite
Primary Monitor - Dell S3220DGF , 2560 x 1440, 165Hz, AMD FreeSync.
Secondary Monitor - HP 22bw , 1920 x 1080, 60Hz.

My PC was on. Nothing loaded up or running, I wasn't doing anything on it, when my screen randomly went black. Nothing I did could bring it back, so I restarted the PC. It showed the Windows loading screen for a second then went black. After waiting a while and nothing happening, I restarted again, and again, and again, and each time the same thing happened. I went into the bios and could see that. Couldn't find any problems in the bios. Restarted it a few more times, and finally it loaded the login screen for windows. I'm currently using the PC now with no issues, but it got me freaked that there might be a big sleeping issue just waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Could anyone tell me what happened or what might be happening? Is my GPU failing? If it is, how do I test it? Or is something else failing? Or was this just a fluke and I don't need to keep worrying about it?

Did some fans, especially your graphics card, gone 100% while that happened ?

If that happens again, pay attention to your debug leds on your motherboard directly. That could give you a clue on what's happening.

How about temps ?

Did you try to run a S.M.A.R.T test for your drives with CrystalDiskInfo ?

Memtest for your ram ?

Months later it started happening again, then my SSD bricked. Turns out, that was the problem. Now I'll know for next time.
