digitalrev.com has some good video reviews. They're usually pretty funny too.  They're at least more entertaining then most reviewers that will just talk about specs and that it. Check out their youtube channel.

I know Ken Rockwell gets alot of critique for his opinions and you should take them with a grain of salt. But he has alot of detailed reviews that I do find helpful from time to time.

Ken Rockwell as some VERY un popular opinions. I wouldn't suggest reading his garbage (but, that's just my opinion)

Glad somebody else knows of his cancer

For reviews I'd recommend http://www.imaging-resource.com/ for unbiased reviews. DPReview is good for technical details on a camera, but there's a degree of bias from each reviewer. Ken Rockwell isn't worth your time as he's extremely subjective; seriously not worth your time. CNet can do competent reviews and DigitalRev like to joke around a bit to much for my liking, they're usually fair in reviewing products.

That been said, you should look at as many review sites as possible and form an opinion that way. Also search for the cameras you're interested in on flickr https://www.flickr.com/cameras/ and see what photos people have been making with them.

One last piece of advice. Camera sensors are so good at the moment that it's the features and usability of a camera that are really important.
