Gpu Slot Clip Broken

The pin that clicks into my 970 geforce gpu has broke and the wifi card is below it but right right above the wifi card is a gpu slot. can i move my gpu right there or no? and below the wifi card is another gpu slot would that be a no?

you can put the clip back in if you want, its not required so just use the slot anyway.

As long as the GPU physically fits into the slot, it doesn´t really matter which one is being used.

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end.

Is it possible for you to take a picture of the damaged parts? It might help find a solution.
