Get the Logitech G930 for your headset. Wireless (40ft) w/ a 10hr battery life. Also 7.1 By far my favorite headset. On Newegg it's $100

That's exactly what I was thinking of getting... obviously since you have experience with the headset could you give me your honest opinion on it?
