The 4060 is 100 cad cheaper, but I don't know what's better for 1440p gaming

The 6750 xt isn't well priced. But the 6700 xt is Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Video Card (11306-02-20G) - PCPartPicker

Also do you mind going used? Because there are some deals out there

2080 Ti for 400 CAD - ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2080 Ti AMPZT-T20810D-10P 9288-1n503-100z8 | eBay

RX 6800 for 500 CAD - MSI Radeon RX 6800 Gaming X Trio 16GB GDRR6 256-Bit OC Graphics Card 824142235478 | eBay

But for new the 6700 xt is the champ at sub 450 CAD

67x0 XT was designed for 1440p, it has a big bus, lots of cache and 12GB of memory, the 4060 does not and was not. The raster performance of the 67x0 XT is consistently faster and to be brutal, it is a higher tier card.

The 4060 has a newer feature set and much lower power consumption, but how much those things are worth to you, I couldn't say.
