Cpu Running too hot??

Hi guys, so I recently bought the NCXT Kraken 280r AIO and my cpu is still sitting at 60 degrees when idle, turning the fans up make alot of noise and i have them pretty loud all the time anyway, can anyone help??

Ok what happens under a Cinebench multicore load? Graphing temp alongside clockspeed would be necessary to really say.

Have you reseated the pump block?

Also.. where is the information?

-Full build list including case

-Fan setup

-Room ambient temp

Most people just run AIO pumps at 100%, you generally cant even hear them. Try running the pump at 100 and if it doesn't help then you probably need to re-seat your cooler to the CPU and re-do the thermal paste application.

Reseat cooler? What's ambient temps? PC can't be any cooler then the room its in. Also check if pumps/fans are even running, could be dead on arrival. Is it installed correctly? Check gamers nexus video, make sure its not installed where you get air in the pump.
